Ken Stankievech - CEO
Mr. Stankievech is currently the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Technovita Technologies Corporation. Technovita is a Canadian Oil and Gas technology incubator, developing revolutionary oil and gas technologies for global commercialization. In addition to the leadership provided to Technovita, Mr. Stankievech is the CEO and President of Novas Energy Worldwide Ltd. Novas Energy Worldwide is the exclusive license holder for the proprietary Plasma Pulse technology for North America and Australia.
Mr. Stankievech is the founder and past CEO of the ISO accredited Acuren Group, which continues to serve the aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, oil and gas, pulp and paper, petrochemical and power industries. Mr. Stankievech built the Acuren organization into the world’s largest materials engineering and testing company, which today employs more than 3,500 engineers and testing personnel located at over 80 domestic and international offices with consolidated international sales exceeding a billion dollars annually.
Over the past 40 years, Mr. Stankievech personally established worldwide operations through an extensive merger and acquisition program of 24 separate companies in Algeria, Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, France, Gabon, Germany, Japan, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Thailand, the United Kingdom and Venezuela. In addition to his various responsibilities as Acuren’s CEO and President, Mr. Stankievech also acted as Managing Director of Technology Advancement and Business Development for Acuren’s parent company, Rockwood Service Corporation.
Mr. Stankievech energetically serves on a number of local and international boards for non-profit humanitarian organizations.
Alexandre Poustovoit - CTO
Mr. Poustovoit is a Geological Engineer – Oil Field Geologist with a M.Sc.D. specializing in Geology and Prospecting of Oil and Gas Deposits, from the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas Industry, Moscow, Russia. He has completed doctorate courses at the Geological Department of Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas Industry, Moscow, Russia.
Mr. Poustovoit as senior Vice-president for STROYTRANSGAZ , he was responsible for oil production and management of subsidiaries in five regions. He was responsible for the Russian Interbranch Scientific Technological Complex “Nefteotdacha” (“OIL RECOVERY”), “SIDANCO” as a Deputy Executive Director of Securities and Property Department, Moscow, working as the Deputy Director of Securities and Property Department he participated in the internal auditing of reserves. Also Mr. Poustovoit has been the Chief of Trade Operations Department, for the Centre of Oil Production and Development, Moscow. Russian Interbranch Scientific Technological Complex “Nefteotdacha” oil-trade company “NESSY”.
He also worked as the chief specialist for LUKOIL at their department for the resource base of Oil and Gas production, Moscow, worked as a chief specialist engaged in rendering consulting services in application of advanced technologies in the field of petroleum production and environmental protection. Also as a geological engineer, he provided the scientific leadership at the Gubkin’s Institute of Oil and Gas.
Mr. Poustovoit has published articles and testimonials, reviews of scientific works and taught courses on practical training for students of Geological Department. He has worked at the prestigious Russian Interbranch Scientific Technological Complex “Nefteotdacha”.
Lorne Heppner - CFO
Mr. Heppner brings over 35 years’ experience
to the business, including 25 years in executive management, accounting and finance roles. He has worked primarily in the Oil and Gas services sector. His experience also includes public accounting, advertising and marketing. Along with traditional finance, treasury, accounting and tax functions he has held roles as an Officer, Director and Owner. As a key partner in the leadership team; policy, procedures, strategic planning and corporate modelling that successfully generated growth, profitability and a strong culture in those organizations. He also played a key role in the sale and transition of a privately held services company.
In addition to oil and gas and advertising and marketing, his diverse experience has also touched farming, insurance, land development, construction and non-profit industries.
Lorne has extensive experience serving on several boards involved in diverse interests including; a privately owned technology corporation, local sports groups, community building committees, community homelessness, local church.
Mr. Heppner is a Chartered Accountant from the University of Saskatchewan and holds various management and leadership certificates from the CICA. His involvement on the boards of various Canadian organizations include terms as chair, treasurer, audit committee chair, and building and finance committee member.
